Amit Pandit
Amit is a cofounder at AMS with over 3 decades of diversified professional experience in various aspects of Governance, Risk, Finance and Investments. At AM Square he leads assignments in M&A, Strategic Finance Advisory, Equity & Debt Raising, Risk Advisory Services & Business Restructuring. His expertise spreads across diverse industries some of them include Banking & Financial Services, Capital Market, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Engineering, Auto Ancillaries, Real Estate, Telecom & Shipping.
Prior to founding AMS, he was a partner with CA firms SGCO & Co LLP, CNK & Associates LLP., VicePresident of the Investment Banking & Consultancy Division in Darashaw & Co. Pvt. Ltd & in the Investment Banking Division of Mafatlal Finance Co. Ltd. He has also been founder of FinRisk Doctor which aims to help businesses and people improve their financial health. He has handled M&A deals and also conducted numerous due diligences for many corporates for their acquisitions. He has worked on assignments with many large companies, banks in public sector & private sector, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, MNCs as well as Startups.
He has been a board member of listed companies, largest cooperative bank of India and a mutual fund. He shares his knowledge with younger generation by taking up guest and visiting faculty lectures at various business schools on variety of financial subjects. He is an ardent reader, avid traveller who loves to explore new destinations and a diehard foodie.
